Hello there, buddies.
Welcome to the Website of Pakistani Kitchen Bloggers.
In today's Pakistani Kitchen, I'll show you how to create crispy cheese fries. This is a dish that children
enjoy. To produce crispy fries, I cut 2 potatoes (300g) into thin slices; if you don't want to slice, shredded potato will suffice. Pay attention to evenly slicing; if you fry, you'll end up with
charred bits that aren't fully cooked. When I'm through, I'll wash it in a bowl of
water to remove the plastic. After that, I'll hand it over to my family to dry the water. To dry the potatoes, use a clean towel or absorbent paper. When you're ready to fry the potatoes,
do this. There will be no spills of oil.
To dry the opposite side, turn it upside down. Remove a bowl from the oven and set it aside to prepare it for frying. Now I'll switch on the gas stove, so I'll just fry the potatoes. Remember to keep
the fire low to avoid burning the fries. Because frying this potato uses some oil, don't conserve
it; else, the potato won't be crispy or delicious. I'll fry the potatoes once the oil is hot. If you
don't detect any signs of dryness on the potatoes before frying them, they won't be splattered with oil. The potatoes will be golden after 5 minutes of frying. Then they'll be crispy and ready to eat.
It will burn if you fried it a little longer. Then I'll add a narrow rack to drain the excess
cooking oil from the potatoes. I'll mix 1 tablespoon of cheese powder with the potatoes, then squeeze
the dough onto each chip. That's it, the cheese fries are gone. Crispy golden-colored potato slices are
incredibly tasty.
This dish is intended for children to consume in large quantities.
