I'll show you how to create wonderful tomato sauce fries in today's post.
700 g potatoes are what I use.
Cut the potatoes into tiny chunks.
To keep the potatoes from browning, submerge them in clean water.
Place it in a pot of boiling water and cook it for 3 minutes.
Then take it out and give it a good rinse with cold water to harden the potatoes.
In a large mixing bowl, place the potatoes.
Add 3 tablespoons of potato flour to the mixture (you can use cornstarch instead).

Potatoes should be fried.
Remove the potatoes after 12 minutes.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
Ketchup, 3 tablespoons
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 tbsp. salt1 tbsp. sugar
3 teaspoons of water.
Bring the sauce to a boil before stirring in the fries.
After thoroughly mixing, serve.
