To make the filling, preheat the oven to 350°F.I'm going to start with eating 200 grams of Cottage Cheese.We're going to grate it.And then I'll add mustard oil, cashew nut paste, chopped mint, coriander,
and lemon juice after shredding it.I'm going to season the stuffing to give it more flavor. I'm going to
start by adding turmeric, coriander powder, red chilli powder, and chaat masala to give the kebab a
tangy zing. Salt and black pepper to taste. Let's give it a good stir after we've added all of the
components. Instead of cottage cheese, prawn mince can be used for stuffing. Now that our stuffing is
complete, it's time to add the chicken to the mix.
Take one drumstick and construct a really deep pocket like this, then repeat with the remaining
drumsticks. I'm going to start stuffing the pockets now, and I'll do the same with the rest. Now I'll set
it aside for a while before beginning the second part of the marination.First, I'm going to add cashew
nut cream, a little mustard oil, chaat masala, and two eggs to the second stage of the marination. Whisk everything together until you get a beautiful, smooth marination.My marination is ready, and before I start putting the drumsticks in, I'll turn on the gas so that my oil heats up. Then I'll begin
putting the drumsticks in the marination. I'm going to give it a great massage.As the oil begins to
heat up,I'm going to start putting cornflakes and papad crumbs in my chicken drumsticks.
I'm going to place the chicken drumstick in the oil just after covering it in crumbs. Make sure to
cook it on a low heat to achieve a good color. Also, the drumsticks are perfectly prepared. Fry the
chicken drumsticks for at least eight minutes, or until a lovely golden brown hue has developed.
It has already begun to turn brown, as you can see. The chicken drumsticks are done, they're a lovely
golden brown hue. I'll place it on a paper towel. Then repeat for the rest of the steps. and then take my drumstick, dip it in the cream, and place it on the pan. Cook the chicken drumsticks for thirty seconds on one side, then flip to the other side after the color is achieved. Before plating, make sure the cream is thoroughly cooked.
