So, first and foremost, I'm going to Include the chocolate. I used dark chocolate, but you may use
any type of chocolate. In addition to I've already broken them in milk chocolate. so that it's broken up
into small pieces. It's now easy to melt in some butter. Okay We're going to combine these two, so It is placed in the boiling water. I'm just going to leave it there for now. minute until all of the ice
melts.
After that, I'm just going to change things up. It's been a minute, so I'm simply going to say anything Give it a shot.The gentle blending And as you can see, everything has started to melt together. I'm
going to melt this for another minute until everything is perfectly blended. Who doesn't love dark
chocolate that's entirely melted? I'm going to turn off the heat at this point, all right. What I'm going
to do is just wipe off the extra moisture from the bottom because we don't want that to get into the
chocolate, so just give it a wipe. Now we're going to crack in four large eggs, so break the egg yolk
and mix it up.
That appears to be a decent idea. Add in a portion of the sugar and stir it in again, making sure the
sugar is thoroughly dissolved. Using a spatula, clean off the sides and then add a teaspoon of vanilla essence. We're going to sift in a third of a cup of ordinary flour and mix it in. We don't want to turn this

these two-layer ones as you can see. And here is this cube that I'm going to use. I'm going to add
around one and a half scoops into each of the ramekins, which is around 125 degrees Celsius. I'm going
to add around one and a half So five to six tablespoons should be enough in each of these. Grab our
mixture and carefully pour it in there. I just give them a little tap. Can you see these little bowls? Just going to remove those bowls now. These are ready to go into the oven. There's enough mixture for five to six more ramekins, so go ahead and make that for your guests or your family. All right, so this goes into the oven at 230 degrees Celsius.
