So, let's get this recipe started.
Potatoes should be thinly sliced.
Steam for 15 minutes after putting it in.
Place the potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Potatoes are ground into flour.
300 grams of flour.
2 g of salt
20 g of sugar
100 milliliters of hot water
Combine the ingredients.
Hand-knead the dough
30 grams of butter.
Knead the dough some more.
Allow 10 minutes for the dough to rest.
2 tablespoons of wheat flour.
1 Tbsp. peanut butter
2 g of salt
100 mL heated cooking oil
Allow the dough to rest for 10 minutes before dividing it into 6 halves.
Spread a layer of butter and frying oil on the dough before rolling it out.
Roll it back and sprinkle green onions on top.
Using a brush, coat the pan with cooking oil.
Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake the scallion potato cake.
Bake for 10 minutes before turning the cake over.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
