marinate the chicken for a few hours. The longer you marinate, the better it will become.

roughly slice some of the onions and peppers now to cook the chicken. Turn up the heat around
medium high with a good rich foil now when the pan is nice and hot with your chicken always away from you. If you want, you can place a heavy object on top just so we can get a nice crust on the
